I visited Shaw Carpets on Monday and by this morning (Wednesday) by Chris Houghton I’ve had two rooms expertly fitted with new flooring. Staff within the store were friendly and helpful and Chris has done a fantastic job fitting. Outstanding experience from start to finish. It’s the first time we’ve ever used Shaw carpets and were initially apprehensive, expecting a price that was unreasonable. What a shock. The quality of carpet was amazing, the price was much better than other specialists, the service was second to none. When it came to fitting, wow. Very professional. The fitter, Chris, was unbelievable. Very friendly, very respectful, excellent work ethic, and his ability to do a fantastic job astounding. This might sound like his brother writing the review, but it’s the first time I’ve ever met him but hopefully won’t be the last.
