Had Chris come today and fit carpets throughout the house.
Absolutely brilliant service from picking carpets to them being fitted.

From the minute we ordered the carpet to having it fitted the service was excellent. When we contacted Shaw Carpets a chap came out, measured  and gave us a price. Wish i could remember his name because he was brill. Professional and a pleasure to deal with. Contacted Shaw Carpets before the agreed fitting date and asked if they could fit early. No problems. In fact it was next day.Sean fitted both carpets and was a pleasure to deal with. Sean was on his own and just cracked on with the job. Brought to our attention carpet plates were too small for the job but did not push a sale.  A great experience with nice people. Would not hesitate to recommend. Shaw carpets were great from start to finish. We had our whole house done in the same carpet, Shaw carpets were the friendliest and most helpful business we visited. They phoned the day before the fitting to confirm it, and the fitter Chris was brilliant. He was punctual, friendly and left the house clean and tidy. Our fitter Sean was amazing, he explained what he was going to do and the fact there might be some damage to paint work. We had a couple of large bedroom carpets supplied and fitted by Shaw carpets. We must be past our tenth order from these guys now, we’ve been using them for years. Adam did an immaculate job of fitting both on two separate jobs. No mess left behind for either. He even vacuumed before he left. All visits properly coordinated by the team at Shaws. We were so impressed that we reordered the same carpet again for the office and stairs. This time Chris fitted them and again, the standard was excellent. Everything left neat and tidy. Great service in the show room and good price. Only had to wait a few days from ordering to fitting. Sean who fitted the carpet even took the door off to plane it down as the carpet was too thick to fit initially. Would definitely use them again.
