We went to the showroom where David was really helpful and very knowledgable about the different carpets and he gave us an estimate. Then the measurers came and they were also very nice and thorough. Finally we had the actual fitting with Chris who was friendly and efficient. He moved some furniture without a fuss which was great. The whole process was smooth and the results are beautiful. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend.
